The Correct Step-by-Step Process

This is where most mistakes happen. Follow these steps exactly:

🔹 Step 1 — Strand Test (Mandatory). Not optional. Test one strand first, time how long it takes to reach the correct softening point. Never exceed 20 minutes total on the hair.

🔹 Step 2 — Plastic Bowl Only. No Metal. Ammonium thioglycolate reacts with metal. Use a plastic bowl and plastic applicator.

🔹 Step 3 — Apply 1–2 cm From The Scalp. Do not apply directly onto the scalp. Wear disposable gloves from start to finish.

🔹 Step 4 — Strict Timing. S = 10–15 minutes. N & R = 15–20 minutes. Set a timer. No guessing.

🔹 Step 5 — Rinse Thoroughly. Warm water, gentle flow. Make sure no product runs into the eyes. Towel dry carefully — no rubbing.

🔹 Step 6 — Straighten, Then Neutralize. This is a hot-process system. After rinsing the reducing cream, blow-dry, use the straightening iron, THEN apply the neutralizing lotion for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Done.
