📋 Quick How To Use

1. Follow the 24-hour patch test guide.
2. Apply Cream No.1 to 80% dry hair, 2–3 cm away from the scalp.
3. Do the softness test (hair stretches to 3x its length — normal; 2x — damaged; springs back in small coils).
4. Rinse thoroughly, dry, then apply Cream No.2 for 5–10 minutes.
5. Rinse and dry — comb it through, and it is straight.

For thick curly hair, please use a flat iron after the treatment for the best result.

How To Use & Softness Test

1. Patch test first. Use a cotton bud to apply a small amount behind the ear or on the inner wrist. Wait 24 hours — only use the product if there is no allergic reaction. Do not use it if you have an allergic reaction or an open wound. If the product touches the skin and causes irritation, rinse with plenty of water. Avoid contact with the eyes; if it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

2. Coloured hair will fade. If the hair has been coloured, straightening will cause fading. Straighten first, then colour (the longer the colour has been on the hair, the less it fades).

3. Keep 2–3 cm away from the scalp when applying the cream.

4. Not recommended for: burnt hair, bleached hair, hair that has undergone a lightening treatment (severely damaged hair), and natural curls shorter than 8 cm.

Softness Test — The Most Important Step

1. Take 2–3 strands of hair to test. The standard: normal hair should stretch to 3× its length, damaged hair to 2×, and then spring back into a 0.5 cm coil — that means the softening is done. It is best to test several spots.

2. If the softening is not there yet, test again every 3 minutes until the test passes. Once it passes, rinse immediately with cool water.

3. If the hair snaps easily and the sound is crisp, the softening is not enough — add more cream and continue.

4. Always do the softness test: properly softened hair straightens by itself; under-softened hair needs more cream until the test passes.
