Cold Perming Hair Perm Kit Lotion 120ml — Soft Silk Touch Cold Wave

Soft, silky curls without heat. This cold perming lotion is made for salon cold-wave services and for trained home use: the hair is wound on perm rods, the lotion is applied evenly, and the curl is set by chemical action rather than heat — kinder to the hair and easier to control.

The “soft silk touch” finish is what this lotion is known for: curls that come out soft and shiny with natural movement instead of a crisp, hard set. 120ml is a practical size for a single service or for testing curl strength before buying a larger bottle.

Why It Works

Cold wave, no heat: the curl is set chemically, so no thermal damage from a heated perm machine.
Soft silk touch finish: formulated for soft, shiny curls with natural bounce.
Controllable with a test curl: processing is checked every few minutes, so you decide how tight the curl ends up.
Small 120ml size: enough for a single perm service, and a low-cost way to try the product.

Who Is It For

Salons offering cold-wave perms; stylists who want a soft, natural curl rather than a hard, crisp set; trained users perming at home with a proper test-curl check.

How to Use

Shampoo the hair and towel dry. Wind the hair on perm rods as required, then apply the lotion evenly to each rod, at least twice. Cover with a plastic cap and leave to develop, taking a test curl every 5 minutes to check the curl strength. Once the curl is right, rinse thoroughly and neutralise according to your normal procedure.
