L’Oréal Vitamino Color Spectrum Glass Shine Serum 50ml — Heat-Activated Glass Shine for Coloured Hair

Vitamino Color Spectrum Glass Shine Serum is the finishing step of L’Oréal Professionnel’s colour-care routine. Instead of sitting on top of the fibre like a normal serum, it is activated by the heat of your dryer and straightener so the shine is locked in — up to 10 washes, not one.

Why It Works

5% Alpha-Silane technology: activated by heat, it cross-links with the hair’s keratin to form a protective network on the cuticle surface — the difference between temporary gloss and lasting glass shine.
Colour looks freshly done: protects colour from UV and helps keep the five colour dimensions — shine, vibrancy, contrast, tone and brightness — intact up to 100 days with the full Vitamino Color Spectrum routine.
Frizz & humidity control: up to 72 hours anti-frizz and protection against air humidity up to 80% — useful in Malaysia’s climate.
Heat protection up to 230°C, so you can blow-dry and straighten without frying the fibre. Water-free silicone base: smooth and slippery, never watery.

Who Is It For

Coloured, highlighted and bleached hair — especially if your colour fades too fast or your hair frizzes up in humid weather. Also works for anyone who straightens or blow-dries regularly and wants a long-lasting finishing shine.

How to Use

Shake before use. After shampoo / conditioner (or the full Vitamino Color Spectrum routine), apply to clean, towel-dried hair: 1–2 pumps for fine to medium hair, 3–4 pumps for thick hair, distributing evenly through the lengths and ends. Do not rinse. Dry the hair completely, then straighten with a flat iron — for best results set the plates to at least 180°C. Do not apply more than one pump at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it suitable for my hair type?
It is designed for coloured, highlighted, bleached and lightened hair. It also helps natural hair that is frizzy or damaged by heat styling, and because the base is silicone-based it does not weigh fine hair down when dosed correctly.

How do I use it for the best result?
Apply to towel-dried hair after washing, 1–2 pumps on the mid-lengths and ends (3–4 for thick hair), do not rinse, then blow-dry and finish with a straightener at 180°C or above — the heat is what activates the Alpha-Silane and locks in the shine. Use after every wash.
