Hair Dryer Repair Service — RM7 Inspection & Quotation

Hair dryer not heating up, blowing cold air, making noise, or cutting out mid-use? Instead of throwing it away, send it to us. Pay the RM7 inspection fee here, send your dryer in, and we will check it and send you a repair quotation before anything is done.

The RM7 is an inspection & quotation fee only — it books your repair slot and covers us opening the unit, diagnosing the fault and quoting you. It does not include parts, labour or return shipping, and you are never charged for a repair you have not approved.

How It Works

Pay RM7 here to book your repair slot (checkout on this page).
Send or post your hair dryer to us at: No 19-1, Jalan U1, Taman Universiti, 35900 Tanjong Malim, Perak, Malaysia — Attn: Shine Hair Zone (Repair Service). Please WhatsApp us first (012-563 0127) so we know it is coming and can tell you what to include.
We inspect and quote. You receive the quotation with the fault found and the repair cost. Agree to it, pay the total by WhatsApp or email, and we repair and return the dryer.

Shine Hair Zone — Repair Service
No 19-1, Jalan U1, Taman Universiti, 35900 Tanjong Malim, Perak, Malaysia
WhatsApp: 012-563 0127

Please message us on WhatsApp before you send the dryer, so we can confirm the booking and tell you what to include in the parcel (dryer + cable + any attachments). We recommend a trackable courier — keep the tracking number until we confirm receipt.

Why It Works

Diagnosis before any spending: you know what is wrong and what it costs before you commit to a repair.
Handled by a salon-equipment supplier: we deal with professional salon tools daily, not general electronics.
No repair, no repair charge: if the unit cannot be repaired economically, we tell you — you only paid the RM7 inspection.
One contact channel: the whole process — address, quotation, payment, return — is done over WhatsApp or email, so nothing gets lost.

Who Is It For

Salons and barbershops with professional dryers that have stopped working properly; home users with a quality dryer worth repairing instead of replacing; anyone who wants a diagnosis and a price before deciding.

How to Use (Step by Step)

Buy this service and complete checkout (RM7). Then message us on WhatsApp — 012-563 0127 — with your order number and a short description of the fault, ideally with a photo or a short video of the dryer running. We reply with the send-in address: No 19-1, Jalan U1, Taman Universiti, 35900 Tanjong Malim, Perak, Malaysia (Attn: Shine Hair Zone – Repair Service). Once the dryer arrives we inspect it, send you the quotation, and after your approval and payment we carry out the repair and return it to you.

What RM7 Covers & What It Does Not

Covers: inspection, fault diagnosis and a written repair quotation.
Does not cover: spare parts, repair labour, courier/postage in either direction, or a replacement unit.
After the quotation: you decide. Approve it and pay the total by WhatsApp or email; decline it and we return the unit as it is (return postage on you).
