I don’t cut hair. I deliver stock to salons — shampoo, treatments, hair tonic — one shop to the next, every day.
Here’s what’s interesting: when I arrive, I usually sit at the counter waiting while the owner finishes a customer. In those 20 minutes I hear a lot. And the question customers ask most isn’t about colour or a haircut — it’s “why is my hair falling out so much lately?”
What I keep noticing after hundreds of salons
- Customers notice last. The stylist already sees thinning at the crown; the customer only realises when a friend mentions it or when they see an old photo.
- Oily scalp gets treated as normal. Our weather is hot and humid, so hair gets oily fast. But years of excess oil is what clogs follicles.
- They buy a tonic, use it three days, then stop. This is the one I hear most. The bottle ends up in the cupboard, not on the scalp.
Which is why I never sell a tonic as “magic”
When a salon owner asks what I can supply, I say the same thing I tell customers: brand matters less than consistency. A tonic works on the scalp — keeping follicles clear, giving the roots nutrients. Hair that has already fallen won’t regrow in a week. What we’re doing is stopping the new loss.
What I see in people who actually use it daily: within 4–6 weeks, the hair shed during washing starts to drop. That’s it. But that alone is enough to make someone feel relieved.
One Lazada review I kept
Last month a customer of ours on Lazada left a 5-star review. Not a first purchase — a repeat one. Her words:
“Previously, I noticed quite a lot of hair falling out, but after using this product consistently, my hair fall has reduced… for me, consistency is the key.”
— Lazada customer, 12 Oct 2026 (5/5 stars)
It sounds like what salon owners tell me every day. That’s why I put it here — not as an ad, but because her story matches what I hear at the counter.

How I tell customers to use it
- Shampoo as usual, towel-dry slightly.
- 2–3 drops onto the scalp, focus on the thin areas.
- Massage with fingertips for 1–2 minutes. Don’t rinse.
- Every day. Skip 3 days and you start over.
What I supply and use as a demo in salons: LB-II Hair Tonic 120ml — 120ml, used daily, lasts more than a month.
One last thing: if your scalp is very itchy, red, or has thick flakes — don’t experiment. Ask your salon, or see a doctor. A tonic is not medicine, and I don’t sell hope.
