How to Use (Professional Protocol)

Step 1: EX1 Hair Softener

1. Apply the EX1 cream from mid-lengths to ends. Keep 1-2 cm away from the scalp.
2. Process for 10-20 minutes at room temperature (up to 25 minutes for extremely resistant hair).
3. Perform a Stretch Test: pull 2-3 strands. If it stretches to 1.5x its original length and rebounds slowly, it’s ready.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Blow-dry 100%.
5. Use a flat iron at 180°C (356°F), passing 4-5 times per section.

Step 2: Neutralizer Cream

1. Apply evenly from roots to ends.
2. Use a wide-tooth comb to distribute and keep hair straight.
3. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.
4. Rinse thoroughly. No shampoo for 48 hours.
