LABBELL Perm Cold Wave Lotion & Neutralizer Lotion is new formulated to maximise the natural fine condition of hair or resistant hair during waving and insure moisture and structural reaction to smoother and even softer. It provides beautiful curls, full of natural vitality for all type hair, and improver compatibility.
Instruction For Use:
Cold Wave Lotion/ Perming Lotion
Apply about half of 1st solution and comb thoroughly. Leave hair capped about 5 minutes. Test curl and check if proper curl is obtained.
Development Times:
Resistant hair 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Colour or sensitive hair 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
Neutralizer Lotion
Apply Neutralizer Lotion, 1st about half. Then leave for 5 minutes. Secondly remaining half and leave for 10 minutes. Remove rod and rinse thoroughly.
