This policy explains how SHZ Trading (Shine Hair Zone) delivers your order within Malaysia and to Singapore and Thailand.
Delivery time
- Malaysia: 2–5 working days
- Singapore: 3–5 working days
- Thailand (Bangkok & Nonthaburi): 3–5 working days
Overseas delivery times are estimates and exclude any customs clearance or import processing delay, which is outside our control.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery time is counted from the day your payment is confirmed, not from the day you place the order. Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off are handed to our logistics partner on the same or next working day.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total parcel weight and your delivery address.
- Thailand: first 1 kg RM30, and RM5 for each additional 1 kg.
Courier partner
We ship with our appointed logistics partners (international air freight for overseas orders). Your tracking number is issued once the parcel is collected by our logistics partner.
Salon & bulk orders
Salon, barbershop and wholesale orders are usually heavier, and may qualify for better freight rates than automatic checkout pricing — message us on WhatsApp (012-563 0127) and we will quote you directly.
